This July is World Healthy Mummy Month and I would love for you to join us at the Braidwood Servicesmans Club for a fun filled morning/afternoon tea.
This is a free event where you can come meet and support other mums/women in our community. Kids are very welcome. There will be lots and lots of prizes and give-aways.
What is The Healthy Mummy all about you ask? It’s not just about weight loss, it’s about lifestyle, community, real women and NO judgement.
