Hi there, I’m Michelle, your local Healthy Mummy consultant for the Boorowa / Yass area.

I’m a 46 year old mum of 7 including 4 grown daughters and 3 young sons. I am also a bonus mum to a teenage boy AND, I am a very proud granny to 8 amazing grandchildren!

I found The Healthy Mummy in 2017 after having my light bulb moment and saying enough is enough. I had to get healthy. I was overweight, unhealthy, had injuries from a car accident in 2006 and suffered from chronic depression and PTSD.

I had to stop using all my excuses.

Using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges have been a life changer for me. I don’t just use The Healthy Mummy products and merchandise, I love them. It’s easy to be passionate about something that works so well.

My adventure has been slow and steady and will continue. BABY STEPS will get me there. I am a healthy mummy for life!
