Hi, I’m Ashleigh, your local Dubbo and Surrounds Healthy Mummy Consultant.

When I fell pregnant I was just inside the healthy weight category and was fortunate to only put on a few kilos during my pregnancy.

Fast forward a few months and the scales kept creeping up and up. I didn’t understand where I was going wrong. I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to see 90kg on the scales.

I signed up to my first challenge in June 2015 and I lost 5kg in 4 weeks. Since then haven’t looked back. I have now lost 10kg, over 50cms and gone from a size 20-22 to a 14. I still have a while to go on my journey to a new me, but I am happier, more confident and a better person.
