Hi, I’m Samara and I’m your local Healthy Mummy consultant for Miranda and surrounds!

I have been following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and using The Healthy Mummy products since January 2016 after my second daughter was born. I managed to lose 17kg within the first 8-9 months and I have been maintaining at my goal weight since then.

What I have lost will never compare to all that I have gained. I am now a happier, more confident version of myself. I am loving life, setting an amazing example for my two young daughters, and making some really special memories with my family.
