Hi, I’m Lou, a busy mum to 3 very energetic boys 5 and under.
I found The Healthy Mummy via a share post of facebook whilst pregnant with my 3rd, I remember looking and looking at everyone’s results in amazement.
When my youngest was 6 weeks old I signed up to the 28 Day Challenge.
Using The Healthy Mummy I have lost over 17 kilos, its been AMAZING! I have not only learnt about healthy foods, portion control, exercising – there is now no more “I can’t” in my mind set.
I am passionate about The Healthy Mummy and as your local consultant, I am here to support and help you reach your healthy happy goal. Come and join our local group with over 350 local supportive women.

Thanks to The Healthy Mummy I can keep up with my 3 rockets with ease, I am not a mum who sits on the sideline!
