Hey! I’m Kaitie, the Lake Macquarie Healthy Mummy Consultant!

I found the Healthy Mummy in 2014 whilst pregnant with my second daughter and amazed by other’s results, I quietly followed the Facebook group.
A couple of months after my daughter was born I took the leap and signed up to the 28 Day Challenge. Knowing that all the plans and products are breastfeeding friendly was a huge plus for me.

From February to September 2015, I lost 21.6 kg and I have not looked back! I have successfully maintained my weight and continue to build my fitness daily.
I love everything about The Healthy Mummy, it has completely changed my life and it is perfect for busy mums like myself!
