I’m a mum to 5 (2 girls (13 and 15) and 3 boys (7,12 and 17)). Life is crazy and we are always on the go but I wouldn’t have it any other way/
I started with Healthy Mummy just over 3yrs ago and lost over 20kgs. Unfortunately life got in the way and old habits then crept back in and I gained most of that back. I haven’t let that stop me though and since starting my journey again at the start of this year I have lost 8kgs as well as a dress size.
Our favourite meal would have to be Devilled Sausages and the Choc Chip Banana Bread and Triple Choc Cheesecake are always a hit when it comes to snacks. My boys are also special needs (asd/adhd) and 2 have major sensory issues when it comes to food however I have found since starting Healthy Mummy that they are eating more and willing to at least try new food.
The Healthy Mummy really has been a lifestyle change my entire family have loved. They all love the smoothies, the girls constantly steal my SKIN products and the older 3 love jumping on the app or website and finding a recipe to make. Some of their favourite are the Chicken noodle soup, hidden veg sausage rolls and caramel cheesecake balls.
