Hi I’m Bec, your Healthy Mummy Consultant for Adelaide’s North Eastern Suburbs.

I am a Mum to 3 gorgeous active daughters Hallie 10, Brooke 7 & Piper 3 and a wife to Mick who is a FIFO.

I came across The Healthy Mummy on the internet because I was looking for something that I could do while breast feeding and lose weight safely and not affect my milk supply this was my biggest concern. I also wanted to be a healthy fit role model for my daughters & to be able to keep up with them.

I started my journey in April 2016, six months after Piper was born and 6 months before my wedding. I lost 15 kg before my wedding and feel amazing. I started on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and loved every minute of it. It was so easy to fit into our lives…husband flying in and out, planning a wedding and life in general.

I love how The Healthy Mummy is our lifestyle and can suit the whole family. We have multiple allergies in our family and we can work the meals to fit in with us.

I am passionate about The Healthy Mummy, I feel that is makes me more energetic, positive, happier & healthier.
