Hello, I’m Amy, your Healthy Mummy Consultant for Burnie and surrounds.

I am a single mother of 4 and have been using The Healthy Mummy since September 2015 after the birth of my 4th child, weighing at 162.4kg. I have lost 56kg so far following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and using the smoothies.

Since The Healthy Mummy I am the most healthiest I have been in my life and I have learned to love the body that I have. I am still on my own weight loss journey but I am here to help support, motivate & inspire you along your own journey. I am super passionate about helping other mums reach their goals.
